Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and purchase a standard product through our website, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
You can do this through our online withdrawal function LINK, by emailing EMAIL, or by using the model withdrawal form available LINK.
If you use our online withdrawal function, we will confirm receipt of your request electronically without undue delay.
Returning your order
After informing us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the product within 14 days.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, the direct cost of returning an unwanted product under the statutory withdrawal right is your responsibility.
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service because of the value and delicate nature of the models.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect your stadium in the same way you reasonably could in a physical shop.
Please handle the model and its packaging carefully. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Where reasonably possible, please return the stadium in its original protective packaging.
Refunds
When you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments we are legally required to refund, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, we are not required to reimburse the additional amount above the standard delivery charge.
We will process your reimbursement within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Personalised and bespoke products
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are genuinely made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, where the applicable legal exception applies.
We will clearly tell you before purchase when a product falls into this category.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
The statutory withdrawal right is separate from your rights when a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
All products sold by Stadiums For Ants are covered by applicable statutory consumer guarantees.
Under Dutch law, a product must have the qualities and durability that you can reasonably expect from it based on factors including its nature, price, description and normal use.
If your product does not meet those requirements, please contact info@stadiumsforants.com. Where you have a valid statutory guarantee claim, we will provide an appropriate solution without charge, such as repair or replacement, and where legally applicable a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
