Where we ship
We ship to customers in the Netherlands and internationally.
Available destinations, shipping methods and applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes or customs charges may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Processing your order
Once your order has been confirmed, we will prepare your stadium for shipment.
The estimated processing and delivery time shown on the product page or during checkout applies to your order. As our models are detailed collectible pieces, preparation times may vary between stadiums.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order leaves us.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and shipping method.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Please note that delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will let you know.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
You will never be charged additional shipping costs by us that were not disclosed before checkout.
Receiving your stadium
Please inspect the outer packaging when your order arrives.
Stadiums For Ants remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.
