2. Our products
Stadiums For Ants creates detailed miniature stadium collectibles.
We aim to represent each product as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions and specifications. Because certain elements may be assembled or finished by hand, minor variations can occur between individual models.
Such normal minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not conform to the contract.
Product dimensions and other key specifications are provided on the relevant product page.
3. Ordering
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After ordering, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
A binding purchase agreement is formed when payment is accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or inability to supply the product. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant payment will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Euro and include applicable VAT where legally required.
Shipping charges and other applicable costs will be shown before you place your order.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

5. Delivery
We offer Global Shipping. Delivery destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery periods are shown on our website or during checkout. Delivery is expected within 90 days of payment.

We remain responsible for products during delivery as required by applicable consumer law.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer legislation.
7. Statutory guarantee

If your product is defective or otherwise does not conform to the agreement, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the agreement depending on the circumstances.
These statutory rights apply independently of any additional commercial guarantee we may choose to provide.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of stadiumsforants.com, including Stadiums For Ants branding, original photography, text, graphic design, model-design elements and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Stadiums For Ants and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing on the website grants permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Disassembly and recreation of our products is strictly forbidden and restricted as a consequence of purchase. No rights to do so shall be allowed or transferred.
9. Third-party trademarks
Club names, stadium names, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property displayed in connection with our products remain the property of their respective owners.
Where a product is officially licensed, this may be stated on the relevant product page.
No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement should be inferred unless expressly stated.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to applicable law, Stadiums For Ants is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase agreement was entered into or for losses resulting from circumstances attributable to the customer.

Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate it.
We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days.
12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions and agreements concluded through our website are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

We may amend these Terms from time to time.
